Culinary Food and Wine

For this project I collaborated with two classmates to create a system consisting of a menu, place cards, presentation, and booklet for a California themed dinner. This system was created for senior culinary students for their final dinner. To portray aspects of California we pulled colors from the San Francisco Bridge and the states flower the California poppy. For the hierarchy of the system we highlighted the more important information, such as names and titles, with our chosen colors.
